Drive, structure and applications
3- or 5-axis AC servo configurations drive vertical, crosswise and traverse motion with high-response motors. Precision planetary gear reduction supports ±0.1 mm repeatability. Motion programs can be adjusted to the application.
Designed for rapid part removal, insert placement and more complex automation.
The 1-stage vertical arm is driven by an AC servo motor. Precision linear guides provide wear resistance and long service life. A high-rigidity aluminum-alloy beam supports fast motion with low vibration.
Single-sided crosswise structure. Traverse and vertical arm motion use belt drives; crosswise motion uses rack and pinion. Linear guides throughout the machine require no clearance adjustment and provide stable, wear-resistant motion with high positioning accuracy.

Match the molding machine tonnage, mold opening and available headroom first. Then check payload including the gripper and workpiece, all three strokes, dry cycle time, mounting dimensions and air consumption. SYC2-1300 is for vertical thermoforming presses; other families serve horizontal injection molding machines.
