Drive, structure and applications
Vertical and traverse axes use high-response AC servo motors. Precision planetary gear reduction supports ±0.1 mm repeatability. Motion programs can be adjusted to the application.
Designed for rapid take-out and complex automation.
The 1-stage vertical arm is driven by an AC servo motor. Precision linear guides provide wear resistance and long service life. A high-rigidity aluminum-alloy beam supports fast motion with low vibration.
Traverse motion uses a belt drive and vertical motion uses rack and pinion. Linear guides throughout the machine require no clearance adjustment and provide stable, wear-resistant motion with high positioning accuracy.
